As we have different companies, we have two different return policies as follow:
1- All items number started with the letter EM have 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply email us for a return authorization number and return the product within 30 days from the date you received the merchandise for exchange, or full refund (less shipping & handling fee).
2- All items number started with the letter TA are guaranteed from manufacturer defect, wrong size, or different color. When you receive merchandise, please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, or the size, and color. Email us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise for exchange, or full refund (less shipping & handling fee).
State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive merchandise, please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, or the size and color you ordered.
The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, in original
condition. The R.A. # must accompany your return. We will charge back your credit card or send you a check for the amount of the merchandise only-- we cannot refund any shipping charges.
If there is a manufacturer defect or there has been an error in shipment. If there is an exchange, it will be shipped at no additional cost.
